A maximum of 14 participants will be accepted for the clinic and others will be placed on a waiting list to be contacted if an opening becomes available. Final payment is due no later than September 1, 2020 or your spot will be forfeited.

Each attendee is required to bring and use their own AI kit. Kits are available from Bio-Genics, Ltd., but you are not required to purchase from them. If you are ordering an AI kit, be sure to pre-order your equipment well in advance of the scheduled date to allow adequate time for shipping.
Each attendee will need to bring one doe that is in fertile heat, or make a reservation to “rent” a doe for insemination. Cost to rent a doe is $60, and must be paid at the time the clinic fee is due. This fee covers a disposable AI gun and speculum, and helps to offset the cost of the protocol to bring does into fertile heat. If you are interested in bringing more than one doe and allowing others to AI them, you will receive $40.00 per doe for compensation. Rest assured, all does are handled with care so no harm comes to them. Mistreatment is never tolerated!
Once payment is received and the clinic date is approaching, you will be emailed the appropriate protocol to bring your doe(s) into heat.
Additionally, we will need a total of 7 milk stands or stanchions. If you are able to bring a stand or two, please note that with your registration.
Note to Ohio veterinarians and RVTs: we are applying for CE credit through the OVMLB.
COVID precautions will follow the guidelines in place at the time of the clinic. Facial coverings may be required.
